On average, our MOQs range from 25 to 50 pieces per design. For certain items, MOQ is 100 to 200 pieces. The MOQ will depend on the project, design, and complexity.
Typical production time for most products is 3.5 to 4.5 weeks including shipping. Production time for belts and cardholders is 4 to 6 weeks. For all 3D jewelry projects, production time is 6 to 8 weeks. These are estimates and production time can vary based on project.
At the moment, we only offer samples in certain instances. Eventually, we plan to offer samples to all customers but at the present moment we do not have the capacity. We sometimes offer sample slots through our email newsletter which can be subscribed to below.
Our ordering process is simple! We do not require techpacks to begin an order. We can begin an order with just a jpeg, png, ai, or even sketch! If you choose to send a sketch, please make sure it is detailed and with references. Once sent to us vis email or through Instagram, we will provide a quote. Once the quote is approved and paid, we will make an official mockup or render within 2-4 business days. Once that render is approved, we begin production!
All our products come individually packaged in blank polybags. We also offer custom packaging for an additional charge (MOQ 50 pieces).
For jewelry, we use either .925 silver or stainless steel. Other metals we offer are copper, brass, or zinc alloy. For belts and leather goods, we have various types of leather and other materials
Since these are custom made items, all sales are final. It is the responsibility of the business owner to review all mockups and measurements before production.
